Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
▪️ Postpone can be done if informed 168 hrs or 7 days before of the checkin time - 1000rs standard deduction (Extra Fees will be applied after mentioned timeframe- debited from Advance amount)
▪️Dates can be postponed upto 75days from date of booking(Seasonal Rates may differ to be adjusted at actual)
▪️Date can be postponed only once per Booking
▪️ Postpone shall be done based on availability (Tent booked on earlier reservation date, may or may not be available on the postponed date)
▪️ Postponement after 168rs (7 Days) before checkin time will incur additional charges(Available till 24hrs before checkin time)
▪️ If a Booking is confirmed after the 7days, postponement rules as mentioned above are applied instantly and charges are applied for any Postponement.
▪️ Any Postponement will void all discount and actual rates will be applied, balance to be paid before checkin
▪️ Postponement and Cancellation options is not applicable for special Holidays/Events.
▪️ Free reschedule in case of an official Government lockdown in our location
▪️ No Refund shall not be provided in any case
